MADINA MEIN ISLAMI RIYASAT


SIYASI NIZAAM

Islami riyasat ke teen buniyadi usool hain.

1.    Iqtedaar e alaa

2.    Rais e mumlikat

3.    Majlis e shoraa

 

Iqtedaar e Alaa:

Iqtedaar e alaa latini lafz (Suparanus) se akhaz hey is ke maini bartar o alaa (Supereme) ke hain.

Islami riyasat mein iqtedaar e alaa ka mansab Allah Talah ke liye makhsoos hey. Islami nazariya riyasat mein taqat ka sar chasma Allah Rab ul Izzat ki zaat wahidah lashareek hey.

Syedena Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Ilahi iqtedaar aur haakmiyat ka nazariya pesh kiya aur isy Islami riyasat mein ba tamam o kamala nafiz farmaya hey.

Islam ka mouqaf ye hey ke har qisam ke haakmiyat ka mabda Allah Talah ki Zaat hey.

Irshad e Baari Talah he:

“Allah Talah tumhara Rab he, isi ki badshahat he, koi Ilaaha is ke siwa nahi, phir tum kidhar phire ja rahe ho.”

(Surah Al Zumar-Ayat-6)

 

RAISE MUMLIKAT:

Riyasat Nabwi s.a.w mein iqtedaar e alaa aur haakmiyat ke daro bast maalik Allah Talah hain. Khalifa tul arz Hazrat Adam a.s ki wasatat se Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki zaat e girami hakim alaa ke naib aur khalifa ki hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ka aswah e hasna shahadat faraham karta hey ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki jiddo jehad ka mahoor ye hey ke duniya mein kisi insaan ko ye haq hasil nahi hey ke wo khud ko dusre insaano se afzal samjhe. Iqtedaar e alaa sirf maalik aur khaliq Allah Talah ko hasil hey.

Syedena Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki tamam tar koshishen riyasat mein Allah Talah ke qanoon ki bartari ko qaim karne ke liye waqf thien aur Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki zindagi ka maqsad Allah Talah ke qanoon ka nafaaz hey.

Quran e Kareem ke irshad ke mutabiq Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam noo e insaani ke liye sar chasme hidayat aur sharaa kitaab Allah hain.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne mahbat wahi aur sharaa kitaab hone ke bawajood qanoon e Ilahi ke qaim kardah amal se apnea p ko khabhi mustasna qaraar nahi diya.

Hazrat Umar R.A Farmate Hain:

“Me ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ko dekha hey ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam apni Zaat se bhi qasaas lete the.”

(Sanan Ibne Dawood, Jild Soum, Hadees 1117)

Ye kisi mamoli kirdaar ka muzahirah nahi tha balke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne ye karnama anjaam diya ke Islami riyasat mein qanoon e Ilahi ki bala dasti o hukmarani ko puri qowat ke sath nafiz farma diya aur apne waqt mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam jin mazhabi, siyasi aur ijtamai ehkaam par amal paira howe wo sab ane wale zamano ke liye nazeer ban gaye.

Quran e Kareem ki talimaat ki roshni mein ummat e Musalma ke liye Rasool Allah Aleh Salato Wasalam ki ataat zarori aur wajib hey. Lekin ye amal Allah Talah ki ataat ke sath mashroot hey. Ikhtelaaf ki sorat mein Allah Talah aur is ke Rasool Aleh Salato Wasalam ka faisla mana jaye ga.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam behesiyat sarbarah Islami mumlikat riyasat ki sab se ziyadah zimme daar shakhsiyat the. Tamam dakhli o kharji mamlaat ke nigran aur deeni o mazhabi peshwa hone ke sath sath duniyawi umoor ke bhi sarbarah the. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam sharaa qanoon, sipa salaar afwaaj aur qazi ul qazaat hone ke sath sath intezamiya, maqannana (qanoon sazi) aur adliya tamam shubon ke sarbarah the.

 

SHURAA:

Islam mein hakim Quran o Sunnat ka paband hota he, isy emaan walon se mashwarah ka paband bhi kiya gaya hey.

Surah Shuraa mein in momineen o sadiqeen ki tareef ki gai hey jin ke liye akhrat ki kamiyabi muqaddar ho chuki hey.

Allah Talah farmate hain:

“Jo emaan laye hain aur apne Rab par bharosa karte hain, jo bare bare gunahon aur be hayai ke kamon se parhaiz karte hain aur agar gussa ajaye to darguzar kar jate hain jo apne Rab ka hukum mante hain, namaz qaim karte hain.”

(Surah Al Shuraa-Ayat-37 ta 38)

Ye sadiq ul emaan aur alaa kirdaar se aarasta afraad hain jo Allah Talah ke Rasool Aleh Salato Wasalam ki dawat ko dil o jaan se qabool karte hain aur apni sari koshishon ko itteba mein laga dete hain. Ye log namaz qaim karte hain yani in ka talluq apne Khaliq ke sath hota he, in ki dusri numayan tareen sift ye hey ke

                 “In ke mamlaat bahemi mashware se tey pate hain.”

(Surah Al Shuraa-Ayat-38)

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam mulki, buniyadi masail aur eham mamlaat bahemi mashware se tey farmate the aur baaz uqaat guftugu sirf muhajireen o ansaar tak mehdood rehti thi. Aam aur eham mamlaat mein bilomoom pheli sorat ikhtiyaar ki jati thi.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a biyaan farmati hain:

“Me ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam se ziyadah mashwarah karne wala insaan nahi dekha.”

Yehi waja hey ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki hayaat e mubarrak s.a.w mein shuraa ki bohat se misalen milti hain. Maslan:

1.    Azaan ki silsile mein shuraa ka ijtema san 1 hijri mein howa.

2.    Ghazwa e badar ke mauqe par 2 hijri mein mourka e Badar se mutaliq shuraa ka ineqaad howa.

3.    Medaan e Badar mein parao ki jagah ko bhi Hazrat Khabab r.a Bin Manzar ke mashwarah se tabdeel kar diya gaya.

4.    Shuraa baraye aseeraane Badar 2 hijri.

5.    Ghazwa e Uhad se phele 3 hijri mein muhaaz e jang ke taiyun ke liye ijtemai shuraa munaqqid howa.

6.    Ghazwa e Khandak par 5 hijri mein jang ki tiyariyon ke silsile mein mashwarah.

7.    Sulah Hadeebiya se phele doraan safar 6 hijri mein mashawarat ki gai.

8.    Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne 10 hijri mein Hazrat Maaz r.a Bin Jabal ko Waali Yaman muqarrar karne ke liye shuraa talab farmaya.

 

Tanzeemi Dhancha:

   Ehad e Nabwi s.a.w mein agarchey tamam ikhtiyaraat Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki Zaat mein markooz the, ta hum Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne nazm o nasq ko chalane ke liye mukhtalif logon ko mukhtalif zimme dariyan soonpien.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne bahesiyat hukmaraan hukumat ke ehdon par aise khuda taras, ba salahiyat, be lous, pakeezah kirdaar aur mukhlis afraad ka taqarrur kiya jo Islam ki rooh se waqif, Deen ke mizaaj shanaas, tajurba kaar aur tarbiyat yafta the.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne ye baat zehan nasheen kara di ke hukumat ke ehde husool izzat o dolat aur kasb e duniya ke zaraye nahi hain balke ye Allah Talah ki amanat hain.

1.  NAIBEEN RASOOL ALEH SALATO WASALAAM:

2.  Subai Muntazim:

“Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam safeeron ko aur umra ko muqarrar farmate the.”

Hakim ko rowana karte waqt Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam khususi hidayat bhi irshad farmate the.

3.  Do Mashoor Siyasi O Mausharti Idarey:

Ehad Jahiliyat ke samaji idaron ke zaman mein “Araafa aur Naqaaba” ka zikar milta hey. Ye dono qadeem idarey the Arab maushara mein in idaron ko bohat ehmiyat hasil thi. ALIF-ARAAFA:

5.  Shuba Askari (Fouji Commandor)

1.          Shuba umoor dakhla ke zair e nigraani darj e zail zimmedaariyan thien:

a.           Istaqbaal o mehmandari

b.          Bimaron ki iyadat

g. jasoosi aur police ka intezaam


A. Istaqbaal O Mehmandari:

Jo log Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki khidmat mein apni nijji ya sarkari hesiyat se hazir hote the in ke hasb e hesiyat istaqbaal aur qayam o taam ke liye aik muntazim ka baqaidah taqarrur kiya jata tha. Istaqbaal o mehmandari ke silsile mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki zatti dilchaspi ka ye alam tha, ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam afraad ya wafood ki amad par ba nafs e nafees tashreef le jate the in ki khatir madarat mein hissa lete aur pure sarkari aiyzaaz ke sath istaqbaal farmate the. Khabhi Masjid e Nabwi mein khemey nasb kara kar mehmano ko tehraya jata tha aur mezbani ke liye hasb e zarorat mukhtalif Sahaba r.a ko mutaiyan kar diya jata tha.

B.  Marizon Ki Ayadat:

Ehad e Nabwi s.a.w ke is siyasi nizaam ka ye mukhtasar khaka hey jis ki musthakam bunyadon par aindah Islam ki wasi tareen Islami riyasat wajood mein ayi. Jis ne tehzeeb o tamaddun ke naye charagh roshan kiye, adal o insaaf ke alaa mayaraat qaim kiye aur duniya ke naqshe par aik aisi azeem riyasat wajood mein ayi jo apni misaal aap hey. 

 

 

 

 

TALEEMI NIZAAM

Jab Adam ko peda kiya gaya to Allah Talah ne farishton se farmaya….

                 “Me duniya mein apna naib banane wala hon.”

(Surah Al Bakra-ayat -30)

Naib ka matlab hey ke aisa bandah jo Allah Talah ke diye howe ikhtiyaraat istemaal kare. Farishton ne ye baat sun kar Allah Talah se kaha......

“Aye hamare Rab! Ye shakhs zameen mein fasaad barpa kare ga aur zameen mein har taraf khoon phelaye ga. Aye Parwardigaar! Hum teri tasbhi karte hain aur teri paak zaat ko yaad karte hain. Allah Talah ne farmaya, jo mein janta hon tum nahi jante.”

(Surah Al Bakra-ayat -30)

Allah Talah ne Adam ko kainaati ramooz sikha kar farishton se pocha…. Agar tum is ilm se waqif ho to biyaan karo. Farishton ne kaha ke hum to itna hi jante hain jitna aap ne hamey sikha diya hey.

Adam ne uloom biyan kiye to farishton ne ye jaan liye ke Allah Talah ne Adam ko jo uloom sikha diye hain wo hum nahi jante. Aur inhon ne Adam ki ataat aur farmabardaari ko qabool kar liya.

Sab inaano ke baap Hazrat Adam a.s hain. Qaran e Kareem mein aap a.s ki takhleeq aur khilafat ka zikar ilm ke sath howa hey. Mullam haqeeqi Allah Talah ne Adam Aleh salaam ko Ilm ul Asma ata kiya to insaan ka sharf “Ilm” ban gaya.

Allah Talah ne insaan ko ashraf is liye farmaya hey ke samawaat, zameen aur dono ke andar jo kuch hey sab ka sab insaan ke tabey hey. Kainaati tazeen o araaish ke roshan wasail suraj, chand, sitare sab insaan ke mehkoom hain aur ye haakmiyat is ilm ki buniyaad par hey jo ilm Allah Talah ne Adam ko sikha diya hey.

 

Iqra:

Allah Talah ne Hazrat Adam Aleh salaam ko mullam ke mansab par faiz kar diya. Riwayaat ke mutabiq aik lakh chubis hazaar peghambar ilm ka parchaar karte rahe. Nabowat ka ikhtetaam Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam par jis awwaleen wahi se howa wo bhi ilm se mutalliq hey.

“Parh, apne Rab ke naam se, jo Khaliq hey kainaat aur insaan ka, jis ne peda kiya insaan ko jame howe khoon se. aap ka Rab bohat kareem hey jis ne qalam se ilm sikhaya, sikhaya admi ko jis ko wo nahi janta tha.”

(Surah Al Alaq-ayat-1 ta 5)

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam par nazil hone wali pehli wahi Islami nizaam taleem ka sang e bunyaad hey. Bausat ke chand saalon ke baad Allah Talah ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ko hokum diya ke Allah Talah ka peghaam apne rishtedaron aur digar ahle Makka tak pohncha den. Chunacha Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne hokum e Ilahi ki takmeel mein sakht mukhalfaton ke bawajood Makka e Muzzama mein tabligh farmai.

 

Pheli Tarbiyat Gah:

Hazrat Khadija r.a ka makaan jo “Daab ul Hijar” mein waqiya tha, pheli tarbiyat gah thi.

 

Phela Madarsa:

Makka Muzzama mein musalmaano ka phela maktab “Daar ul Raqam” tha. Ye makaan Arqam Bin Arqam ka tha jo koh e Sifa ke daman mein tha. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam teen saal tak yahan Islam ki ashaat aur no muslimo ki tarbiyat ka kaam anjaam farmate rahe.

 

Madine Mein Phele Mullam:

SUFA ( RESIDENTIAL UNIVERSITY)

Mullam e Azam Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne chand barson ke andar Madine mein aisa ilmi mahool qaim kiya jis ki misaal tareekh pesh karne se qasir hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Sahaba r.a ki tarbiyat is tarha farmai ke in ka batin munawwar hogaya.

Madina mein tashreef awari ke baad Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne sab se phela kaam ibadat gah ki tamer ke silsile mein kiya. Jab Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam Quba pohnche to yahan aik Masjid banai gai phir Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam Bano Nijaar ke ilaqe mein pohnche to wahan par Masjid e Nabwi ki tamer shuru howi. Is Masjid ka aik hissa taleem gah ke tor par makhsoos kar diya gaya is muqaam ko hum “Sufa” ke naam se jante hain. Sufa plate form, dais ya buland muqaam ko kehte hain ye muqaam is gharz ke liye makhsoos kiya gaya ke din ko darasgah ke kaam kare aur raat ko in talib e ilmo ki aqamat gah yani Hostil ka kaam anjaam de sake.

Nisaab Taleem:

Qaazi Abu Bakar Bin Arbi r.a apni kitaab Qanoon Altaweel mein likhte hain ke “Qurani uloom ki tadaad satattar hazaar char so pacchaas (77450) hey.”

Mazameen ke aitbaar se Quran e Hakeem ko teen hisso mein taqseem kiya gaya hey.

Shariyat:

Shariyat is amar se mutalliq qawaneen hain ke musalmaan apni zindagi kaise guzaren. Karobaar kis tarha Karen. Walidain aur biwi bacchon ke haqooq kaise ada Karen. Qoam aur mulk ke haqooq kiya hain. Musalmano ki mausharat kaisi ho. Allah Talah ne Quran e Paak mein is ke pury qawaneen biyan kiye hain.

 

Tareekh:

Quran e Paak ka aik hissa tareekh hey. Jitney bhi peghambaaran e Aleh Salato Wasalam tashreef laye in ki aqwaam aur adwaar ka tazkarah is mein shamil hey.

Ghair Zubano Ki Taleem:

Mumlikat ke haakim alaa ki hesiyat se Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ko mutarjameen ko bhi zarorat howa karti thi, jo dusri zubanen jante hon. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke paas ghair zubano mein bhi khatoot ate the jinhen ghair muslimo aur bilkhasus yahoodiyon ke madad se parhwaya jata tha in khatoot mein baaz mamlaat makhfi hote the. Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya “Mery paas mukhtalif khatoot ate rehte hain aur mein ye baat pasand nahi karta hon ke in khatoot ko har koi parhe. To kiya tum abraani zubaan ka likhna parhna seekh sakte ho” mein ne arz kiya:

“G” (seekh sakta hon) chunacha mein ne satrah din mein wo zubaan seekh li.”

Murkheen ne ye bhi biyan kiya hey ke Hazrat Zaid r.a Bin Sabit ne sirf abraani aur saryani zubanen hi nahi seekhi thien balke inhen ghair zubano ke jald seekhne mein maharat hasil thi. Arab mein khatoot par muhar lagane ka riwaaj Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam se shuru howa.

 

Tarz E Tehreer:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ko khat ki sifai aur wazahat ka jis qadar lehaaz tha, is ka andazah in chand ahadees se kiya ja sakta he, Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne irshad farmaya he:

“Kaghaz ko morne se phele is ki siyahi ko rait daal kar khusk kar lo.”

Jangi Qaidiyon Ki Ilmi Khidmaat:

Jang e Badar ki fatah ke mauqe par Quraish ke sattar (70) afraad giraftaar ho kar aye. Khawateen ko taleem dene mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki izwaaj e muthahiraat r.a bhi Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki shareek rahin Kiyonke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne inhen hokum diya tha ke wo na sirf khud taleem hasil Karen balke digar muslim khawateen ko bhi taleem den.

Umhaat Ul Momineen R.A Ki Taleemi Khidmaat:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne amhaat ul momineen r.a ki taleem ke liye intezaam farmaya Hazrat Sifa r.a Bint e Abdullah Adwiya se Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke wo azwaaje muthahiraat r.a ko likhna parhna sikha den. Hazrat Ayesha Sidduiqa r.a, Hazrat Hafsa r.a aur Hazrat Ume Salma r.a ilm e hadees mein yad toola rakhti thien. Hajj ke iyyaam mein paharon ke daman mein Hazrat Ayesha r.a ka khema nasb hota aur daur daraaz se ane wali khawateen aap r.a se taleem hasil karti thien.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ki zoja muthahirah Hazrat Ayesha r.a ko fuqa aur digar Islami uloom, naiz adab, shairi aur tab mein uboor hasil tha. Quran ne bhi Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki azwaaj par aik khususi fariza aaid kiya ke wo dusron ko taleem diya Karen.

“Yaad rakho Allah Talah ki ayaat aur hikmat ki in baton ko jo tumhare gharon mein sunai jati hain.”

(Surah Al Ahzaab-ayat -34)

 

BACCHON KI TALEEM:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ka farmaan he:

“Walid ki taraf se Aulad ke liye behtareen tufa ilm sikhana hey.”

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne qoam ke no nehalon ki taleem o tarbiyat par bhar por tawajja di.

Musalsal dus saal tak Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki khidmat o tarbiyat mein ghar ke aik fard ki tarha rahe.

Hazrat Zaid Bin Sabit r.a farmate hain ke “Jab Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam hijrat kar ke Madina Munawwarah tashreef laye. Is waqt meri umar giyarah saal thi. Mujhe Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki khidmat mein pesh kiya gaya aur Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ko ye khush khabri bhi sunai gai ke is bacche ko Quran e Hakeem ki sula suraten yaad hain.” Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne in se Quran e Kareem suna aur khushi ka izhar farmaya.

 

Inqalabi Nataij:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Quran e Kareem ki taleemaat se musalmaan sehra nasheeno ki zindagi badal di. Arbon par ilm o Danish ashkaar hogai aur jab musalmaan ilm ki talash mein saf basta hogaye to inhon ne ilm ka koi shuba nahi chora, jo in ki tehqiqaat se tashna raha ho. In ki tehqiqaat puri ummat e muslima ke liye sabaq amooz hain aur ibrat angaiz bhi. Maghribi mumalik ki librariyan aj bhi musalmaan islaaf ki kitabon se bhari howi hain. Inhon ne tehqeeq o talash ke baad science uloom ki buniyaad rakhi.

Arbon se phele Europe, Iraan, Roam, Misar aur Asiai mumalik Cheen, Hindustan aur Japan wagerah mein science ka amal dakhal nahi tha. Ilmi tehqiqaat ki taraf raghbat Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki taleemaat ka natija hey.

Quran ke ilm aur Quran ke bataye howe roshan raaste par chal kar pacchas saal ki mukhtasar muddat mein musalmano ne adhe se ziyadah duniya fatah kar li thi. Qaisar o Kasraa ki saltanaten musalmano ke qadmo par jhuk gayen. Qurani ayaat ke anwaar se roshan dil musalmano ne duniya mein inqilaab barpa kar diya aur duniya ko aik nayi tehzeeb o tamaddun se araasta kar diya.

Qurani nazariya ke mutabiq Muslim islaaf ki likhi howi kitabo ke tarjume howe to in tehreron ko Europe mein itni ziyadah pazirai hasil howi ke wahan universitiyan qaim hogayin. Mukhtalif uloom science o falkiyaat aur riyazi par likhi howi kitaben char so saal tak wahan ki universitiyon ke nisaab mein dakhil rahin. Europe ke murakh is baat par muttafiq hain ke arab na hoty to Europe ilm ki roshni se mehroom reh jata.

 

 

 MAUSHI NIZAAM

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ko maushi islihaat ke silsile mein sakht mushkilaat ka samna karna para. Lekin Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne tamam par qabu pa kar puri duniya mein maushi inqilaab barpa kar diya aur noo e insaani ko maishat ke aik wasi, jamaa aur khidmat e khalq ki buniyadon par qaim nizaam se mutarif karaya.


1.  Rishta Mawakhaat:

Jab musalmaan Makka se Madina pohnche to Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Ansaar aur Muhajireen mein mawakhaat ka rishta qaim farmaya. Is tarha aksar Ansaar ne apni tamam jaidad aur muhajireen mein barabar ki buniyaad par taqseem kar li. Ye zameen par hone wale is bhai charey ki azeem misaal hey jo Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki sehar angaiz shakhsiyat ki badolat howi.

 

2.  Sood Khouri Ki Mamanat:

Sood ki shakhti se mana kar diya gaya. Allah Talah ne baai (tijarat) ko halaal kiya hey aur sood haraam kiya hey.

Allah Talah farmate hain:

“Aye logo! Jo emaan laye ho Allah Talah se daro aur jo kuch tumhara sood logon par baqi reh gaya hey isy chor do, agar waqai tum emaan laye ho, lekin agar tum ne aisa nahi kiya, to agah ho jao ke Allah Talah aur is ke Rasool ki taraf tumhare khilaaf elaan e jang hey.”

(Surah Al Bakra-ayat -278-279)

Sood ka akhri nateeja ye hota hey ke dolat simat kar chand afraad ke paas jama ho jati hey. Awaam ki qowwat e khareed rooz ba rooz kam hoti rehti hey. Sanat, tijarat aur zarraat mein kasaad bazari (bazaar mein khareed o farookht ka na hona) waqiya hoti hey aur akhir kaar khud sarmaya daaron ke liye bhi apni jama shudah dolat ko afzaish e dolat ke kamo mein lagane ka mauqa baqi nahi rehta. Is ke bar khilaaf zakaat, sadqaat ka hokum is liye diya gaya ke qoam ke tamam afraad mein dolat taqseem hoti rahe. Har shakhs mein qowwat e khareed mojood rahe, sanati taraqqi ho, khetiyan sar sabz hon, tijarat ko khoob faroogh hasil ho.

 

3.  Gada Giri Ka Khatma:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne logon mein mehnat ka jazba ubhara. Gada giri ko khatam kar diya, karobaar karne ki raghbat dilai hosool e rizq ke mukhtalif zaraye talash karne ke liye mutawajja kiya. Tijarat ki janib targheeb dilai.

 

4.  Banjar Zameen Ki Kasht:

Jin logon ki milkiyat mein aisi zameenen thien jo wo khud kasht nahi kar sakte the to aisi zameene in se le kar aise kasht karon mein muft taqseem kar den jo zameen ki milkiyat se mehroom the aur hokum diya ke jo kisi banjar zameen par mehnat kar ke qabil e kasht banaye wo is ka malik hey.

 

5.  Karobari Istilehaat:

1.    Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne irshad farmaya ke “Mazdoor se kaam lene se phele mazdoori tey kar li jaye aur kaam karne ke foran baad paseena khushk hone se phele ujrat ada kar di jaye.”

2.    Logon mein amanat daari ka jazba peda kiya. Qarz aur udhaar waqt e muqarrarah par ada karne ki targheeb farmai. Mamlaat mein narmi baratne ka hokum diya aur wadon ki pabandi ko tijarat ka lazmi juzu qarar diya.

3.    Tijarat ke mamlaat mein sach bolne ka hokum diya aur sikhaya ke mamla khuwah Muslim se ho ya ghair muslim se ho emaan daar ho aur wada pura karo.

4.    Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne zakhirah andozi, anaaj mein milawat aur naap tool mein kami ko mana farmaya hey. Farmaya ke zakhirah andoz ke anaaj se sadqa qabool nahi aur milawat karne wala hum mein se nahi.

 

6.  Mehnat Karne Wala Allah Talah Ka Dost He:

     Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne musalmaano mein ilm o hikmat aur maishat ki ehmiyat ka shaor peda kiya. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya:

“Apne hathon ki kamai se behtar koi khana nahi hey aur Hazrat Dawood a.s apne hath ki kamai se khate the.”

(Mashkawata Shareef Jild 3- hadees 2)

Allah Talah Farmate hain:

“Aye emaan walon! Apni halaal kamai mein se kharch karo.”

(Surah Al Bakra-ayat -267)

Aik martaba aik berooz gaar Sahabi r.a ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam se sawal kiya. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke “Tumhare paas kisi qisam ki koi cheez hey.” Inhon ne arz kiya ke han aik kambal he, nez aik piyala hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke mery paas le ao. Kisi Sahabi ne in cheezon ke do darham daam lagaye, Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne dono cheezen in ke hawale kar den aur do darham is berooz gaar Sahabi ko de diye aur irshad farmaya ke aik kulhari khareed kar lao aur farmaya ke jao is kulhari se jangal ja kar lakriyan kato…. Chunacha inhon ne yehi kiya aur pandrihwi din hazir e khidmat howe. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya kiya haal he?..... inhon ne arz kiya ke is arse mein dus darham ki amdani howi jin mein se chand darham ke mein ne kapre khareede aur chand darham ka anaaj!..... Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke “Ye is baat se behtar hey ke tum kisi ke samne hath pehlao aur qiyamat ke din zillat uthao.”

7.  Gardish E Dolat:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne zakaat ka nizaam nafiz farmaya. Is nizaam mein apni amdani mein se makhsoos hissa ghurba o masaakeen mein taqseem kiya jata hey aur is tarha mausharti nahamwaari ka tadraak kiya gaya. Is ke ilawah jazya, ghanimat ka khums, sadqaat, hangami chandah, qarz e hasna aur waqf imlaak se hasil hone wali amdani ko Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne umoor e saltanat chalane aur ghareeb logon ki maushi bahaali ke liye istamaal kiya. Is tarha logon mein izzat e nafs ki bahaali ke baad mumlikat ki tameeri taraqqi mein hissa lene ki qowwat peda ki. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne chand hathon mein dolat markooz hone ka tadraak farmaya.

 

8.  Sadqa E Jariya:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne sahib e hesiyat logon mein ghareebon ko faiyazi se sadqa dene ka jazba peda kiya aur hokum diya ke khane se phele dekh lo ke hamsaye mein koi bhooka to nahi. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne apne jazba e esaar aur sakhawat se logon ko maushi adal ke liye tiyyar kiya aur qarz khuwahon ko ghareeb qarzdaaron ke qarze mauf karne ki targheeb farmai.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne sahib e hesiyat logon ko sadqa e jariya ki tabligh ki. Chunacha sahib e sarwat afraad ne apni jaidaad ko awaam ul naas ke liye waqf karna shuru kar diya jis se maushare mein mehroom aur mazoor afraad ki madad o kafalat ka bandobast hogaya.

 

9.  Wirasat Ka Qanoon:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne wirasat ke qawaneen mein inqilabi tabdeeliyan kien. Wirsa, beton, betiyon, maa aur biwi mein taqseem karne ka hukum diya. In inkelabi iqdaam ke bais duniya ki tareekh mein pheli martaba ye howa ke aurten bhi wirasat mein hissa daar ban gayin. Sahib e jaidaad ne mulk ki maushi taraqqi mein khud mehnat kar ke hissa lena shuru kar diya. Is tarha Islam ne aurton ko maushi istehlaal se nijaat dila kar maushare ka faal rukun bana diya.

 

10.     Miyana Rawi Ki Talkeen:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne logon ko sikhaya ke miyana rawi nisf maishat hey.

Quran e Hakeem mein irshad he:

“Wo jab kharch karte hain to na fazool kharchi karte hain na bukhal karte hain, balke in ka kharch dono intehaon ke darmiyaan eitdaal par qaim rehta hey.”

(Surah Al Furqan-ayat -67)

Ye aik aisi taleem hey jo apne zamane ke lehaz se aur aj tak intehai eham aur inkilaabi toiyat ki hey is se phele jahalat ke bais log is ki ehmiyat o zarorat se nawaqif the.

 

ZARAYE O WASAIL:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ki qaim kardah riyasat ke liye bhi muhasil naguzair the. Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne is shuba ki behtar kaar kardagi ki taraf puri tawajja di aur aise logo ko zimmedariyan supurd kien jo is ke ehal the aur ikhlaqi o kirdaar, ilm o deen o duniya, hisaab kitaab aur insha o kitabat mein maharat rakhte the.

 

ALIF- GHANIMAT:

Maal e ghanimat darasal aik ittefaqi amdani hey jo medaan e jang mein bazoor hasil hoti hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Badar ki ghanimat ko tamam musalmano mein taqseem kar diya tha. Lekin jang e Badar ke baad Quran ke hukum ki tameel mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam is ke panch hisse karte the. Is mein se chaar hisse to shurkaye jang mein taqseem farma dete the aur aik hissa Bait ul Maal ke liye mehfooz rakha karte the. Jisy istilahan khums kehte hain. Khums ke masarif ko Quran ne mutaiyan kar diya hey.

Allah Talah farmate hain:

“Aur tumhe maloom hey ke jo kuch maal e ghanimat tum ne hasil kiya hey is ka panchwa hissa Allah aur is ke Rasool aur rishtedaaron aur yateemo aur miskeeno aur musafiron ke liye hey.”

(Surah Al Anfaal-ayat -41)

Is amar se ye wazeh ho jata hey ke phele pehal jab Bait ul Maal qaim howa to ibtedai amdani ke waqt se hi ghareeb o miskeen aur nadaar logon ko nazar andaaz nahi kiya gaya. Is se ye bhi zahir hota hey ke Bait ul Maal ke khums ki amdani ka aik bara hissa qoam ki falah aur zarorat mandon ki imdaad par sarf hota tha.

 

 B- FAY:

Riyasat e Nabwi ki amdani ka aik bara zariya fay bhi tha. Mehdod maino mein fay se muraad wo maftuha zameenen hain jo baghair jang o fouj kasha ke barahe rast riyasat ki milkiyat mein ati thien. Chu ke ye maal e ghanimat se bilkul alag noiyat ka tha is liye Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne isy Quran ki roshni mein sarkari qarar diya.

 

G- KHAIRAAJ:

Ye wo mehsool arazi hey jog hair muslimo se wasool kiya jata tha. Ye sab se phele Khyber se hasil howa. Fatah Khyber ke waqt chu ke aik taraf khud musalmano ke paas itne wasail nahi the ke wo maftuha zameeno ki dekh bhal aur kasht wagherah ba asaani kara saken dusri taraf yahood ne ye pesh kash kit hi ke wo riyasat e Nabwi ke asami ki hesiyat se is zameen par kasht Karen ge. Khairaaj mujahideen ki tankhuwahon aur dusri qoami zaroriyaat par kharch kiya jata tha. D- JAZYA:

Jazya wo mehsool tha jog hair muslimeen se in ki jaan, maal abro ki hifazat aur aqaid ki azaadi aur fouji khidmaat se astasna ke badle mein wasool kiya jata tha. Nez jazya ghair muslimo mein se sirf azaad mardon par wajib tha.aurton, burhon aur bacchon par nahi. Isi tarha ghareeb, mazoor aur rahib bhi is se mastasna the.

 


H- ZAKAAT:

Zakaat Islam ka aik buniyadi rukun, aik eham farz aur maali ibadat hey. Iqtesadi policy ke zail mein ye goya aik qisam ka mehsool tha jo sirf musalmano par wajib ul ada tha aur sirf in logon se wasool kiya jata tha jo baligh, khud kafail aur sahib nisaab hon. Zakaat ki haqeeqi gharz o ghayat Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke alfaaz mein ye thi:

“Zakat maaldaron se li jaye aur nadaron mein taqseem ki jaye.”

Fuqha ke biyaan ke mutabiq zakaat har is maal par wajib hoti hey jo khud bharhta ho ya kaam kar ke barhaya ja sakta ho ta ke sahib e maal paak hojaye aur hajat mandon ki hajat rawai ho.

1.    Naqdi (Sona aur chandi)

2.    Phal aur zarai pedawaar

3.    Mawashi

4.    asbaab e tijarat

Quran e Kareem mein zakaat ke masarif ko tafseel se biyaan kiya gaya hey. Is ki ro se zakaat ko fukar aur masakeen, aamileen e sadqaat, qarabat daron, fi sabillillah aur musafiron par kharch kiya ja sakta hey.

 

W- SADQAAT:

Zakaat aur sadqaat mein farq sirf ye hey ke sahib e nisaab par zakaat ki adaigi lazmi hey jab ke sadqaat musalmaan apni khushi se riyasat ko diya karte the. Albatta kuch in mein zarori bhi the. Maslan sadqat ul fitar.

Quran ki ro se sadqaat ke masarif bhi wohi hain jo zakaat ke hain aur zakaat ki tarha is ki wasooli ka intezaam bhi riyasat e Nabwi mein sarkari tor par hota tha.

 

 

ADAALTI NIZAAM

Chunacha Allah Talah ne apne mehboob Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki zariye aik aisa zabardast islahi qanoon nafiz farmaya jis ne bad amani se pur zamane ko aman o amaan aur insaaf ke behtareen daur mein tabdeel kar diya. Chunacha chand dehaiyon mein duniya ki kaya palat gai aur har muslim o ghair muslim is qanoon ki mojoodgi mein khud ko mehfooz samajhne laga.

 

ISLAM Ke AWWALEEN QANOON SAAZ:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ke awwaleen qanoon saaz hain. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne is zaman mein tamam insane ki rehnumai ki. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne apne zamane ke taqazon ka bhi khayal rakha….. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke qanooni malfozaat par tamam Islami ain ki buniyaad qaim hain. Allah Talah ki janib se ye ehkaam bhi nafiz hain ke tamam musalmaan farmaan e Rasool Aleh Salato Wasalam ki pairwi Karen.

Quran e Kareem mein irshad he:

“Jo kuch Rasool tum ko de isy mazboti se pakrey raho aur jis se wo tumhe mana kare isy tark kar do.”

(Surah Al Hashar-ayat -7)

“Jis ne Rasool ki ataat ki, fil haqeeqat is ne Allah ki ataat ki.”

(Surah Al Nisa-ayat -80)

 

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam MUSANNIF O QAZI:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne batoor e musannif insaniyat ke liye azeem aswah (namona) chora hey. Quran e Paak mein aik jagah nahi balke mukhtalif muqamaat par Allah Talah ne is amar ki tasrih farmai hey ke is ne Nabi ko musannif muqarrar kiya hey.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam logon ke mamlaat ke faisle karne par manjanib Allah mamoor the.

Allah Talah farmate hain:

“Aur hum ne aap (alhe Salato wassalaam) par bar haq kitab nazil ki hey jo apne se pheli kitabon ki tasdeeq karti hey aur in ke muhafiz o nighebaan hey pas aap (alhe Salato wassalaam) logon ke darmiyan jo Allah ne nazil kiya hey is ke mutabiq hukum kiya Karen aur jo (Deen) haq aap (alhe Salato wassalaam) ke paas a chukka hey is ko chor kar in ki khuwahishaat ki pairwi mat Karen.”

(Surah Al Maidah-ayat -48)

“Qasam hey aap ke Rab ki ye log momin nahi ho sakte jab tak tanazaat mein ap ko hukum o musannif na maan len.”

(Surah Al Nisa-ayat -65)

“Aur kisi momin mard aur momin aurat ko haq nahi hey ke jab Allah Talah aur is ka Rasool koi amar muqarrar Karen to wo is kaam mein apna bhi kuch ikhtiyaar samjhen.”

(Surah Al Ahzaab-ayat -36)

Madina Munawwarah mein tamam muqadmaat Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki adalat mein pesh hote the aur bil omoom Masjid e Nabwi ko hi aywaan e adalat ki hesiyat hasil thi.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ka tareeqa e kaar ye tha ke jab kisi mamle ka Quran e Paak mein hukum mojood na hota to Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam apni baseerat o ijtehaad se faisla farmate the ya Sahaba r.a se mashwarah farma kar kisi nateeje par pohnch jate aur phir wohi faisla Islam ka qanoon aur hukum ban jata tha.

 

Subai Satah Par Adaalti Nizaam:

Madine mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam khud musannif par faiz the lekin in ke ilawah subai satah par bhi Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne qaziyon ka taqarrur kiya aur adalat o qaza ki zimme dariyan bhi bil omoom subai sarbarahon ke supurd kien.

Hazrat Maaz r.a Bin Jabal ko Yaman ka hakim aur Ataab r.a Bin Asaid ko Makka ka waali muqarrar kiya. Ye hazraat hukumat e ama ke sath sath adalat ka kaam bhi anjaam dete the. Hakimon ke intekhaab ke silsile mein Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ki policy Quran e Paak ki is ayat ki tabeer thi…..

“Allah Talah tumhe hukum deta hey ke amanaten in ke ahal amanat ke supurd karo.”

(Surah Al Nisa-ayat -58)

Kitani ka biyaan hey ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Sahaba r.a mein se jin logon ko qaazi ke mansab par sarfaraz farmaya tha in mein Hazrat Farooq r.a, Hazrat Usmaan r.a Bin Afaan, Hazrat Ali (r.a) r.a Bin Abi Talib, Hazrat Abdullah r.a Bin Masood, Hazrat Abi r.a Bin Kaab, Hazrat Zaid r.a Bin Sabit aur Hazrat Abu Mosa Ashraa r.a shamil the.

 

QAZI KE FARAIZ:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne qazi ke liye amli rehnumai ke usool bhi biyaan farmaye hain. * Hazrat Ali (r.a) r.a farmate hain ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne mujhe hakim bana kar Yaman bheja. mein ne arz kiya “Ya Rasool Aleh Salato wassalaam! Aap mujhe hakim bana kar Yaman bhej rahe hain. mein nojawaan hon aur hukumat karne ke tareeqe se nawaqif hon.”

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya “Allah Talah tumhare dil ki rehnumai Karen ge aur tumhari zubano ko mehkoom rakhen ge.” Phir farmaya “Jab do afraad koi mamla le kar tumhare paas ayen to phele ke haq mein is waqt tak faisla nahi karna jab tak dusre ka biyaan na sun lo q ke is ka biyaan tumhe faisla karne mein madad de ga.”

Hazrat Ali (r.a) r.a farmate hain ke is ke baad mujhe khabhi kisi mamle mein faisla karne mein shak nahi howa.

·       Qazi ke liye asal cheez is ka ikhlaas hey. Ikhlaas ki sorat mein is ke faislon ki noiyat mukhtalif hoti hey.

·       Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke qazi ko gusse ki halat mein faisla nahi karna chahiye.

·       Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne ye bhi farmaya ke qaziyon ko apni tankhahon se ziyadah kuch nahi lena chahiye q ke is ke baghair nizaam e adal mustehkam nahi reh sakta.

“Hazrat Baredah r.a farmate hain ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya jis shakhs ko hum ne kisi kaam par muqarrar kiya aur is ke kaam ki ujrat moiyan kar di. Is ke baad agar wo kuch le ga to khayanat hey.”

·       “Hazrat Abu Amama r.a farmate hain ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya “Jo shakhs kisi hakim se kisi ki sifarish kare aur phir is hakim ko hadiya bheje aur wo is hadiya ko qabool kar le to is ka ye fail aisa hey goya ko wo sood ke aik bare darwaze mein dakhil howa gaya hey.”

·       Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne jhoote dawon, ghalat shahadaton aur ghalat biyaani se maqasid hasil karne ko mana farmaya. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne muqadma bazi ki adat ko bhi na pasand farmate howe irshad farmaya:

“Allah ke nazdeek na passandeedah tareen shahks wo hey jo nahaq bohat jhagarne wala ho.”

(Bukhari, Kitaab ul Ehkaam, 117/3)

 

Muqadmaat:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ke daur mein pesh kiye jane wale muqadmaat mein se chand muqadmaat aur in ke faisle mukhtasar biyaan kiye jate hain.

 

Saqa (Chori)

Hazrat Ayesha r.a biyaan karti hain ke Quraish aik aurat ke mamle mein bohat fikar mand the jis ne ehad e Nabwi s.a.w mein fatah e Makka ke muqa par chori kit hi. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam se iski sifarish kon kare ga? Baaz logon ne kaha Hazrat Usama r.a Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke mehboob hain wohi ye jurraat kar sakte hain. Chunacha Hazrat Usama r.a ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam se sifarish ki to Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke cherah anwar ka rang badal gaya aur Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya “Tum Allah Talah ki hadood mein sifarish karte ho.” Hazrat Usama r.a ne arz kiya “Ya Rasool Allah Aleh Salato wassalaam! Mery liye Allah Talah se maufi mangiye.

Jab sham howi Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne khutba diya Allah Talah ki Hamd o Sana ki. Phir farmaya “Tum se phele log isi sabab se halaak howe ke jab in mein se koi sahib e hesiyat admi chori karta to isy chor dete aur jab koi kamzoor chori karta to is par had qaim karte is zaat ki qasam jis ke qabze mein meri jaan hey agar Muhammad ki beti Fatima bhi chori kare to mein is ka hath kaat don ga.”

Phir Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne is aurat ka hath kaat dene ka hukum diya jis ne chori kit hi.

Quran e Hakeem mein irshad he:

“Aur jo chori kare mard ho ya aurat in ke hath kaat dalo. Ye in ke failon ke saza aur Allah Talah ki taraf se ibrat hey.”

(Surah Al Maidah-ayat -38)

 

NIKKAH:

Hazrat Ibn e Abbas r.a se riwayat hey ke “Aik larki Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke paas ayi aur kehne lagi ke is ke baap ne is ki marzi ke khilaaf nikkah kar diya hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne isy ikhtiyaar de diya “K chahe to apna nikkah baqi rakhe. Chahe to tor de.”

KHULA:

Hazrat Ibn e Abbas r.a se riwayat hey ke “Hazrat Sabit r.a Bin Qais Bin Shamaas ki zoja Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke paas ayi aur kaha Ya Rasool Allah Aleh Salato wassalaam! mein Sabit ke Deen aur ikhlaaq mein koi aaib joi nahi karti. Albatta mujhe andesha hey ke mein is ki farmabardari nahi kar sakon gi. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya. Kiya tu is ka bagh is ko lota de gi? Kehne lagi han. Chunacha is ne bagh lota diya aur Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne is ki alehadgi ka faisla farma diya.”

MAUSHARTI NIZAAM

Mausharti zindagi mein asal masla insaan ka wo tarz e amal hey jo apne ghar, aqarba, hamsaye aur makhlooq mein qaim kiya jata hey. Mausharti dairey mein bil omoom insaani azmat, miyan biwi ke haqooq, walidain ke haqooq, Aulad ki tarbiyat, hamsaiyon se husn e saloom, makhlooq se hamdardana rawaiya zair e behas ate hain.

 

Insaan Ki Azmat:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ki tashreef aawari ke waqt log nasli, lasaani aur mafadati gurohon mein taqseem the. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne Quran ke irshadaad ki roshni mein insaano ke darmiyaan masawiyana haqooq ka dars diya.

“Aur hum ne tumhe mukhtalif qoamon aur khandaan banaya ta ke tum aik dusre ko shanaakht kar sako. Allah ke nazdeek tum mein se sab se bara izzat daar wohi hey jo sab se ziyadah parhaiz gaar hoga.”

(Surah Al Hujraat-ayat -13)

“Aur hum ne Adam ki Aulad ko izzat di aur hum ne in ko khushki aur dariya mein sawaar kiya aur umdah cheezen in ko ata kien.”

(Surah Bani Israil-ayat -70)

“Hum ne insaan ko bohat khubsorat sanche mein dhala hey.”

(Surah Al Teen-ayat -4)

“Aye logo! Apne parwardigaar se daro jis ne tum ko aik jandaar se peda kiya aur is jaanib daar se is ka jora pesa kiya aur in dono se bohat se mard aur aurton phelain aur tum Khuda se daro jis ke naam se aik dusre se sawaal kiya karte ho aur qata reham se daro.”

Hujjatul widah ke khutbe ke moqe par Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya:

“Kisi arbi ko kisi ajmi par koi fazilat nahi aur na kisi gorey ko kale par siwaye taqwa k.”

“Aye ghiroh Quraish! Allah ne tum ne jahalat ke gharoor aur abao par fakhar karne ko daur kar diya. Log Adam se hain aur Adam mitti se.”

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne apne muttaliq farmaya:

“Meri tareef mein isi tarha ka ghalona karna jis tarha Hazrat Esa a.s ki tareef mein Nasra ne kiya mein sirf Allah ka bandah aur Rasool hon.”

Hazrat Bilil Habshi r.a, Hazrat Salman Farsi r.a aur Hazrat Saheeb Romi r.a ko maushare mein masawi darja par rakhna aur apne sath milana aik aisa inkilabi iqdaam tha jis ki pairwi ke liye aj bhi insaan muhtaaj hey. Koi shahks khandani aur nasli waqaar ki buniyaad par tarjihi salook ka mustahiq nahi ho sakta. Aik insaan apni salahiyaton ki bina par qabil e qadar hey. Lekin aisi riayat kisi shakhs ko nahi mile gi jo buniyadi insaani sharf ko majroh kare.

 

  HAQOOQ KA TAIYUN:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne khandaan ki buniyaad ko nayi qowwat bakshi. Baap ko ghar ka sarbarah banaya… sath hi ghar ke andar maa ko baap ke muqable mein teen guna darja de diya. Bête ke muqable mein beti se tarjihi salook ka hukum diya gaya. Bête aur beti dono ki tarbiyat dene ka hukum sadir howa. Mard aur aurat ke liye in ki fitrat ke mutabiq alehdah alehdah ikhlaqi miyaar muqarrar howe.

 

Yateem, Ghurba, Bewaon Ke Haqooq:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne maushare mein yateemo aur bewaon ke haqooq ki nighasht ki khususi taleem di hey aur zakaat mein in ki imdaad ke liye aik hissa muqarrar kiya hey. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya ke “Sab se behtar ghar wo hey jahan yateem ki achi tarha parwarish ki jaye aur aisa shakhs mujahid ki tarha hey jo mehnat kare aur phir is se yateemo aur bewaon ki imdaad kare.” Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne bilkhusoos hidayat farmai ke “Bewaon ki shadi jald az jald karwa deni chahiye.”

·       Aik martaba Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ke paas bohat se ghulaam aye. Hazrat Fatima r.a ke hathon mein chakki peeste peeste chale par gaye the inhon ne Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ko apne hath dikhaye aur farmaya aur farmaya ke ghar ke kamo ke liye in mein se aik khadim inayat farmaiye.

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya:

“Badar ke yateem tum se ziyadah mustahiq hain.”

Aulad Ke Qatal Ki Mumanat:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne bacchon ke qatal, bacchon ko zindah dafan karna aur insane ko mannat ke pura karne ya koi muraad mangne ki khatir buton ke samne zibah karne se rok diya. Chunacha jab Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam aurton se bait lete the to is mein bacchon ko qatal na karne ki shart bhi hoti thi.

 

Zahaar Ki Mamanat:

Mushriqeen Se Husn E Salook:

Huzoor Aleh Salato Wasalam ne pheli martaba maushare ko nazm o sabt ka paband kiya. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne maushare mein achai aur burai ka taiyun kar ke logon mein shaor peda kiya. Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne duniya ko pheli martaba is baat ka sabaq diya ke agar aik maushare mein mukhtalif aqaid ke log baste hon to in ko kis tarha apas mein aik dusre ko bardasht karne ka zarf peda karna chahiye aur aik dusre ke rasm o riwaaj aur aqaid ka ehtaraam karna chahiye.

Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne mushriqeen e Makka ki imdaad ke liye qehat ke doraan maali imdad bhi arsaal farmai. Yehi rawadaari musalmano ke liye aindah mishal e rah bani aur musalmao ne duniya ke tamam mazahib ke logon ko apne andar qabool kar ke husn e ikhlaaq se in ko garwedah bana liya.

 

ALLAH TALAH KA KUNBA MAKHLOQ:

Hazrat Anas  r.a se riwayat hey ke Huzoor  Aleh Salato Wasalam ne farmaya!

·       Tamam makhlooq Allah Talah ka kunba hey in mein se Allah Talah ko sab se ziyadah piyara wo shakhs hey jo apne ayyaal ko ziyadah nafa pohnchane wala ho.
