Murgh ke gosht ki yakhni, kreela, anda, choharey, khajoor, ajwain desi heeng aur waghera bhi mufeed hain.

Faalij aur laqwa ke mareez ko thandhi, Khatti cheeze, mthayyan, sharbat aur saqeel cheezon se parhaiz laazmi hai. Es ke ilawa namak, aalo, chuna aur chawal aur har qisam ki chiknai se parhaiz karen.

وَمَاذَرَالَکُم فِی الْاَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا اَلْوَانُه اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَآيةً لِقَومٍ يَّذَّکَّرُوْن

Aur Yeh Jo Bohat si Rang Birang ki Cheezein esney tumharey liye zameen mein paida kar rakhee hain, en mein nishani hai un logon ke liye jo samajh boojh se kaam lete hain-
