Maghaz binola nisf tola medah ki terhan bareek pees kar sufoof ko
dairh pao doodh mein mila kar es ki kheer pakka kar rozana istemaal karna doodh
ki zayad-ti ke liye azbas mufeed o mujrib hai.

sufoof karkay aik table supoon ke barabar zacha ko rozana khilain jis terhan
woh kha sakay yani sufoof khakar oopar se doodh pi le, pani pi le ya sufoof ko
daal sabzi ya gosht mein oopar se mila kar khale, es ke ilawa gaaye ka doodh
shehad mila kar, gaajar yn, kharboza aur kharboozey ke beej pees kar istemaal
karna aur tilon ka khana bhi doodh ki zayad-dti ka baais hota hai.
Muzir Ghizayein:
Masoor ki daal, garam o khushk ashya aur garam masalha se parhaiz.
