Paichis saada ho ya khooni, dono sooraton mein antriyon mein kharaash eska sabab hota hai. Zard ya naranji rang ke pani se yeh marz foran dooor ho jata hai. Pani ki khorakin marz ki noiyat ke mutabiq dainee chahiye, yani marz ki shiddat mein do do ghantay baad aur aam haalat mein subah shaam mukammal tour par sehat honay taq.

Ghiza mein sagodana, arrarot, moong ki daal ki khichdi jis mein 2 hissey daal aur chaawal aik hissa ho istemaal kerna chahye, Agar doodh ko das minute taq zard ya naranji rang ki bottle mein dhoop mein rakh kar istemaal kya jaye to ghiza aur dawa dono ka masla hal ho jata hai. Paichis ke sath maror mein sirf naranji rang ka pani istemaal kerna chahiye.

Aasmano aur Zameen ki

وَمَاذَرَالَکُم فِی الْاَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا اَلْوَانُه اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَآيةً لِقَومٍ يَّذَّکَّرُوْن

Aur Yeh Jo Bohat si Rang Birang ki Cheezein esney tumharey liye zameen mein paida kar rakhee hain, en mein nishani hai un logon ke liye jo samajh boojh se kaam lete hain-
