Ghizayein:
Shehad khalis aik hissa aur tin hissa pani mila kar josh day kar thanda karlen
aur mareez ko pilain, kabootarr ya chirya ka shorba khilain aur piyas ki haalat
mein mundarja bala shehad ka pani pilain. Mousmi, maaltay aur angoor ka arq bhi
mufeed hota hai. Rasha ke liye khargosh ka maghaz siyah mirch ke sath pakka kar
khilana mufeed hai. Faalij aur laqwa ke liye lahsun, adrak ka marabba, جائیفل ka choosna, do teen tola akhrot rozana
khilana, chilghoza, pahari podina shehad ke sath istemaal karna. Murgh ke gosht
ki yakhni, kreela, anda, choharey, khajoor, ajwain desi heeng aur waghera
bhi mufeed hain.
Muzir Ghizayein:
Faalij aur laqwa ke mareez ko thandhi, Khatti cheeze, mthayyan, sharbat aur
saqeel cheezon se parhaiz laazmi hai. Es ke ilawa namak, aalo, chuna aur chawal
aur har qisam ki chiknai se parhaiz karen.
