Mufeed
Ghizayein:
Mahvari mein agar be qaidgi payi jaye to Ghizayein mein bhoosi ki
rootti anday ki zardi, doodh, makhan, band gobi, salad, gaajar, palaak, lobia
aur chakandar khana mufeed saabit hota hai.
Rs liye ke es mein hayatin E ki waafar miqdaar payi jati hai. Phalon mein a
nugur ka ras bohat mufeed hai. Es ke ilawa maghaz badam, kishmish, pista,
nariyal, akhrot, kishmish mila kar aur khobani mufeed
hai. Niilii shu-aon mein tayar kardah alsi ka tail reerh ki haddi ke joor par
jo kullho ke darmain hota hai. Subah vsham dairon mein paanch paanch minute taq
halkay haath se maalish karana bohat mufeed hai.
Haiz ki kami mein agar wajah khoon ki kami hoto taaza phalon ka ras, gannay ka
ras sardiyoon mein kaleji ka pani, gosht, aur kalaiji ki yakhni mufeed hai.

taze harey nariyal ka pani, Anannaas, jaman, saib aur shelgham ka achaar bhi
mufeed saabit hota hai.
Agar haiz ki zayad-ti hoto es ke liye kachnar ki phaliyon ko bator sabzi
pakaker khana faidamand hai. Deegar chaawlon ki pechh, marabba amla aur oh
tamam ashya jis mein hayateen “E” aur “K”' hon, mufeed hoti hain.
Muzir Ghizayein:
Ayyaam ki be qaidgi ki soorat mein garam masalhay, thandhi aut
tursh ashya se parhaiz krnachahye. Ayyaam ki kami aur rukawat mein thandhi
ashya baad y aur saqeel ashya ka istemaal aur ayaam ki zayad-ti mein garam,
baadi aur saqeel ashya ka istemaal Muzir hai.
