For obesity and to reduce tummy

Write the following on a sizable paper.

 

Rub this paper on the abdomen in regulatory (Preferably anticlockwise) for 10 minutes daily once before going to bed and once after awakening in the morning. Keep an eye on the size of the belly by measuring it daily. The tummy lid starts reducing from the very first day. When the abdomen returns to its shape stop this practice of rubbing. If the paper, during this course is torn, dispose it off by burning and d new one.

It is worth considering that in order to live this life man keeps on joining these fractions of tune in his mind and the very same fragments are put to use. In our thinking which resembles a whirl-pool of fragments of time either we advance from one segment of time to another or revert back from the one to another one.
