Take seven small pieces of cloth each of different colour. Spread them before the allergy patient and tell him/her to pick any one of these. Get the following words be written on that selected piece of cloth with black thread in embroidery.

patient to wear this cloth around the neck or tie it on the upper arm. If
wearing or tying on the upper arm is not liked by the patient then it could be
