One I called upon Shanulhaq Haqqi with my brother in Silsila Mr.
l3.Zaman. There Freud came under discussion. Mr. Haqqi said, "Freud has
coined a term 'Libido' what's its equivalent in Urdu?" He asked me.
I got confused as am not versed with. English but before I could say
anything I saw Qalander Baba Auliya. He said, "Tell them, this word has
not been translated in. "I told Mr. Haqqi that this word hasn't been translated
into Urdu but was reluctant to accept and said this is not possible. I asked
him to tell me, if there is any. He agreed and said, "I'll let you know by
tomorrow. "Next day I went to Mr. Haqqi and told him that only purpose of
my coming to him is to learn the translation of Libido from him. Mr. Haqqi has
a very pleasant personality he was all smiles and, said, "You are right,
there isn't any translation for this term in Urdu.
