As the numbness of the hands and feet is due to the lack of red color in the body, red water and red rays are useful.

وَمَاذَرَالَکُم فِی
الْاَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا اَلْوَانُه اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَآيةً لِقَومِ يَّذَّکَّرُوْن
"And whatever He has spread for you on the earth of varying colors—surely in that is a sign for a people who reflect."
