To treat paranoia, nervousness, tension and
mental weakness salt intake of the patient should be reduced to only 1/4th of
the normal quantity. Also write the following inscription on a butter paper
with ink made of saffron and rose-water and put this paper in one pound of
natural honey.
Make the patient to have one teaspoon of honey
3-times a day from this honey. Treatment should not be discontinued till
complete recovery.

In this book "Spiritual Healing", every ailment and issue addressed has been passed down to me through the divine connection of Owaisian, Qalandari, and Azeemia spiritual sufi orders. I, as a faqeer (humble seeker), have fulfilled the spiritual obligations (zakat) for these practices. I now offer this spiritual grace to Allah’s creatures, and through the intercession of our Last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.), I earnestly pray that Allah, the Almighty, accepts this effort and grants His servants health, shielding them from hardships, tribulations, and suffering.
